The Travelers Championship tees off June 16—22 at TPC River Highlands, welcoming a player field that includes 28 players who have won PGA TOUR events in the past two years, including six 2008 winners; nine past champions, including defending champion Hunter Mahan; and eight players who are past major winners. The field will feature four of the top ten players on both the PGA TOUR Money List and the FedExCup points race, Vijay Singh, Stewart Cink, Kenny Perry and Ryuji Imada. Most recent commitments to the field include Rocco Mediate, 2003 British Open Champion Ben Curtis; and fan favorite Bo Van Pelt. |

Interlachen Country Club is set up at 6,789 yards and par is 36-37—73. It will be the longest course in U.S. Women's Open history, surpassing the previous record set at the 2005 championship, when Cherry Hills Country Club played to a length of 6,749 yards.
